AP Tourism Dept inks MoU with ADTOI
To hold national tourism mart in Visakhapatnam next month

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Tourism Department on Wednesday signed a MoU to promote tourism in a big way by holding the National Tourism Mart in collaboration with the Association of Domestic Tour Operators' of India (ADTOI).
The mart will be hosted in Visakhapatnam on February 13 and 14. Tourism Minister Kandula Durgest, Special Chief Secretary, Tourism Ajay Jain and Tours and Travel Agents of Andhra (TTAA) president K. Vijay Mohan and others were present. Durgest said the alliance government has taken another important step towards promoting tourism in Andhra Pradesh. He said ADTOI National Tourism Mart 202' will be organised at Visakhapatnam on February 13 and 14 in collaboration with the Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI). Durgesh signed the MoU with the representatives of ADTOI in the presence of senior officials of the Tourism Department at the Secretariat. The Minister Durgesh said that the MoU is aimed at making Andhra Pradesh the fastest growing State in the field of domestic tourism.
Durgesh said Visakhapatnam with its excellent coastline and robust infrastructure is proud to host this national level event. He said that it is a great platform to showcase coastal tourism, spiritual sites, historical buildings, eco-adventure tourism and the potential of the agency areas of the State at the national level. Leading tour operators, hoteliers, destination promoters, tourism stakeholders and travel experts from across the country will participate in the two-day mart.
