AP GST Appellate Tribunal appointment

Vijayawada: Senior advocate Bhaskar Reddy Vemireddy with vast experience in taxation laws, has been posted as Judicial Member of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), Andhra Pradesh. He has been directed to assume charge on January 21 AP State Bench of the GSTAT located here. Reddy brings with him nearly four decades of legal experience, particularly in the field of direct and indirect taxation. He joined the legal profession in 1987 and has been in continuous practice since then before the High Courts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as well as various statutory tribunals. Over the years, he earned a reputation for his in-depth knowledge of tax laws and his effective advocacy in complex and high-stake matters.
