AP Chambers discusses making MSMEs strong in AP with ICAI

Vijayawada: A delegation of AP Chambers of Commerce & Industry, led by its president Potluri Bhaskara Rao along with senior office- bearers B.Rajasekar, Ravuri Subbarao and Akkaiah Naidu on Sunday met D Prasanna Kumar, president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and congratulated him on his elevation to the highest office of ICAI.
The delegation conveyed that his election is a historic and proud moment for Andhra Pradesh, as for the first time a distinguished professional from the State has been elected as president of ICAI.
AP Chambers expressed confidence that under his leadership, ICAI will further strengthen financial governance and contribute significantly to the growth of MSMEs across the country.
During the meeting, AP Chambers submitted a detailed representation proposing structured collaboration between ICAI and AP Chambers to strengthen the MSME ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh, particularly in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns.
