Andhra Paper Limited has informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, to review key financial matters of the company.
In a regulatory intimation, the company stated that the Board will, among other agenda items, consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
The disclosure follows the company’s earlier communication dated December 24, 2025, regarding the closure of the trading window, and has been made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
