Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations on August 27 may be impacted by the heavy rainfall that the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana over the next three days.
Weather Forecast for Telangana
It is anticipated that several Telangana districts will experience heavy rainfall of 80–100 mm. Moderate showers are expected to begin in Hyderabad on Tuesday and last for the next three to four days.

The IMD Amaravati bulletin predicts that Tuesday will bring moderate to heavy rainfall, with isolated areas seeing extremely heavy showers, in north coastal Andhra Pradesh.
The districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, and Alluri Sitharama Raju (ASR) are probably going to be impacted.
Heavy rains may also fall in isolated parts of Eluru and Kakinada.
Heavy rains are expected to persist in north coastal Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday, August 27.
