Adani Power Limited (APL) achieved a 20 percent increase year-on-year in its ongoing revenue, which reached the figure of Rs. 28,517 crore in the initial portion of the fiscal year which ended March 2025. In the second quarter of the this financial year, ongoing revenues increased by 10.8 percent year-on-year, to Rs. 13,465 crore as per an announcement.

The effective installed capacity of the company is 15,837 MW in the September 30. 30, 2024 which is an increase of 3.8 percent growth year-on-year? This was an increase of 20.7 percent from 79.4 BTU in 2023-24 because of the high demand for power and a higher capacity for operation.

The total revenue of the consolidated continuing revenues was greater by 10.8 percent, at 56,473 crore in 2024-25 as compared to 50,960 crore in 2023-24. This was aided by greater sales volumes partly offset by lower rates of realisation.

The consolidated power sale volumes reached 26.4 BU in the January-March quarter representing an 18.9 percent increase from the 22.2 BU recorded during the same period of 2023-24 because of higher power demand and expanded operating capacity.

The consolidated quarterly revenue for 2024-2015 grew by 5.3 percent reaching 1452 crore compared to the previous Q4 2023-24 which stood at 13,787 crore. The reason is mainly due to the increased volumes, offset by a lower rate of realisation of tariffs.

Adani Groups profit after tax for 2024-25 was less than 12750 crore, in comparison to 2023-24's Rs 20,829 crore due to a the lower revenue recognition one-time as well as a higher tax burden.

Its profit after tax in January-March 2024-25 was the same at Rs. 2,599 Crore in comparison to PAT Q4 2023-24. It was caused by the lower recognition of one-time expenses.
