Mumbai: The rupee depreciated 1paisa to settle at 82.82 against the US dollar on Thursday amid a strong greenback against major rivals overseas and rising crude oil prices. The local unit finally settled at 82.82 against the dollar, registering a loss of just 1paisa from its previous close.
