Brent crude trading at $90.26/bbl

Crude oil prices climbed Rs32 to Rs7,147 per barrel in futures trade as participants widened their positions following a firm spot demand. On MCX, crude oil for April delivery traded higher Rs32 or 0.45 per cent at Rs7,147 per barrel in 5,715 lots. Analysts said raising of bets by participants kept crude oil prices higher in futures trade. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil was up 0.19 per cent to $85.57 per barrel, and Brent crude traded 0.18 per cent higher at $90.26 per barrel in New York.
