Crude oil prices on Wednesday climbed Rs46 to Rs7,123 per barrel in futures trade as participants widened their positions following a firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for April delivery traded higher Rs46 or 0.65 per cent at Rs7,123 per barrel in 8,627 lots. Analysts said raising of bets by participants kept crude oil prices higher in futures trade.
