Brent crude trading at $82.70/bbl

Crude oil futures on Tuesday declined Rs0.36 per cent to Rs6,443 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for March delivery fell Rs23 or 0.36 per cent to Rs6,443 per barrel with a business volume of 5,610 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.22 per cent higher at $77.75 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.21 per cent higher at $82.70 per barrel in New York.
