Hyderabad: Telangana-based Sid's Farm, a premium dairy brand, has focused on putting the best talent team in position, aiming to ramp up quality milk production and delivery chain in the face of rising market of superior dairy products.

The farm supplies more than 23,000 litres of milk to Hyderabad and is expecting to start supplying to Bangalore and places nearby. As Sid's Farm plans to mark its presence in 1500 plus physical stores across the geography from the current 300 plus stores apart from greater direct to customer penetration, it is currently focusing on key talent hiring.

Kishore Indukuri, Founder and MD of Sid's Farm, an IIT Kharagpur and University of Massachusetts Alumni, says, "Our first attempts to educate and build awareness of quality milk products have been successful. Sid's Farms' vision of setting a new benchmark in the milk industry with superior quality dairy products, a sustainable ecosystem and building a thriving chain of suppliers now needs to become self-sustained through supported operations. Hence, we have worked hard to get the senior talent pool in place, who can actually lead the farm to its next level."

Among the talent hired by Sid's Farm, are six leaders in the field of marketing, human resource and management to focus on the brand awareness, expanding market and future growth plans.

"We now have a formidable force behind the market capture that we are looking at. Sid's Farm produces niche products and proudly claims that we sell 100 per cent hormone free milk. The positioning and pricing of the product, both needs confident handling and awareness creation. SID's Farm has firmly established its presence in the market and is ready for the next growth tangent," adds Kishore.
