TCS Announces Record Date for Dividend at ₹30/Share

IT giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has decided to fix Wednesday, June 04, 2025 as the record date for the final dividend, which has been decided at ₹30 per equity share of ₹1 each for FY25. However, this is subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is set to be held on June 19.

According to the company, the dividend will be paid on the fifth day following the conclusion of its 30th AGM.

In a regulatory filing the company said, “The directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 per equity share of Rs 1 each of the company which shall be paid/dispatched on the fifth day from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders of the company.”

Notably, TCS reported a net profit of ₹12,224 crore in Q4FY25, down 1.68% YoY. Revenue from operations soared by 5.29% YoY to ₹64,479 crore.
