1. Q2 Results Bonanza
Over 530 companies are scheduled to announce their September quarter results today, including Asian Paints, Tata Steel, HAL, IRCTC, Ashok Leyland, Cochin Shipyard, Info Edge, Indraprastha Gas, Pfizer, Nazara Technologies, and Campus Activewear, among others.
2. Groww IPO Listing
Shares of Billionbrains Garage Ventures Ltd, the parent company of Groww, will debut on the stock exchanges today. The ₹6,632 crore IPO was subscribed nearly 18 times, and allotments were finalized on November 10.
3. BSE
The stock exchange reported a 61% year-on-year (YoY) jump in consolidated Q2 net profit to ₹558 crore, up from ₹347 crore last year. Revenue from operations rose 44% to ₹1,068 crore.
4. Tata Power
Tata Power posted a 14% rise in consolidated Q2 net profit to ₹1,245 crore, driven by higher revenues, which grew 3% YoY to ₹15,769 crore.
5. Tata Motors CV Listing
Shares of Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle arm will list today on NSE and BSE, following the earlier separation of its passenger vehicle division in October — part of the company’s broader restructuring strategy.

The rail infrastructure company reported a 34% YoY increase in net profit to ₹98 crore for Q2 FY26, compared to ₹73 crore in the same quarter last year.
7. RVNL
State-run Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) posted a 20% drop in consolidated Q2 profit to ₹230.5 crore due to higher expenses, even as revenue rose to ₹5,333 crore.

The company’s Q2 FY26 net profit surged 59% to ₹98.08 crore, supported by cost reduction. It also plans to raise ₹1,000 crore for future expansion.
10. Vodafone Idea (Vi)
Vi shares may remain active after CEO Abhijit Kishore said the telecom operator is working with the government to resolve its ₹78,500 crore AGR dues and exploring funding options through banks and NBFCs.
11. Biocon
Biocon reported a strong turnaround, posting a consolidated net profit of ₹85 crore for Q2 FY26 against a loss of ₹16 crore a year ago. Revenue rose to ₹4,296 crore. The board approved plans to raise up to ₹550 crore through commercial papers.

The company’s consolidated net profit slumped to ₹6 crore, compared to ₹139 crore last year, as total income declined to ₹9,799 crore.
