🏢 Major Corporate Updates
🔹 ITC Ltd
ITC posted a consolidated profit of ₹5,343.41 crore in Q1, up from ₹5,176.99 crore last year. Revenue surged to ₹23,129.35 crore, led by strong performance in cigarettes, agribusiness, and FMCG. Total expenses rose 26.7% to ₹16,752.31 crore. Group firms including ITC Infotech, Surya Nepal, and ITC Hotels reported robust growth.
🔹 Punjab National Bank (PNB)
PNB aims to touch ₹30 lakh crore in total business by FY26-end. Its total business rose 11.6% YoY to ₹27.19 lakh crore in Q1, positioning it just ahead of Bank of Baroda (₹26.43 lakh crore) and Canara Bank (₹25.64 lakh crore).
🔹 Godrej Properties
Despite an 18% drop in pre-sales to ₹7,082 crore in Q1, the developer remains confident of achieving its ₹32,500 crore sales booking target for FY26. Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej cited strong housing demand and upcoming project launches as drivers.
🔹 Sirca Paints India
Sirca Paints posted a 39.2% profit rise to ₹14.20 crore, with revenue up 45.3% to ₹114.24 crore, supported by higher sales and margins.
🔹 Kalyan Jewellers
The jewellery retailer plans to open 170 new stores in FY26, including seven overseas, aiming to reduce debt. Total showrooms stood at 406 as of June 30, 2025.
🔹 Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL)
Tata Group’s IHCL is expanding in the North East, with six new hotels (634 rooms) in the pipeline, aligning with India’s regional development push.
🔹 Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M)
M&M will manage rare earth magnet supplies through alternate sourcing for the next nine months amid Chinese export curbs. It has also completed the acquisition of a 58.96% stake in SML Isuzu Ltd, renamed as SML Mahindra Ltd.
🔹 Capri Global
The NBFC reported a profit jump to ₹175 crore, more than double last year’s ₹76 crore. Total income surged 41% to ₹582 crore, with AUM up 42% YoY to ₹24,754 crore.
🔹 ABB India
ABB’s profit fell 20% YoY to ₹352 crore, hit by forex volatility and higher costs. Revenue, however, rose to ₹3,175 crore.
🔹 Federal Bank
Net profit dipped 15% to ₹862 crore, citing margin compression and higher provisions. Other income hit a record ₹1,113 crore, boosted by treasury gains.
🔹 JK Lakshmi Cement
Posted a twofold profit rise to ₹149.88 crore, supported by higher volumes and lower fuel costs. Revenue increased 11.8% YoY to ₹1,763 crore.
🔹 GHV Infra Projects
Bagged a ₹2,645 crore EPC project from Rana Exim FZ-LLC to build a smart manufacturing hub in the UAE.
🔹 PC Jeweller
Reduced its net debt by 19% in four months to ₹1,445 crore and aims to become debt-free by FY26-end.
