U. S. stock futures slightly increased on Friday trying to get back from the previous week's turbulent, while Bitcoin drooped to a multimonth low due to prevailing fears regarding an AI-assisted market bubble.

Futures for Nasdaq 100, S&P 500, and Dow Jones Industrial Average opened with a 0.4%, 0.5%, and 0.7% increase respectively. These gains are recorded after a major fall on Thursday when all the main indices were at their lowest since September.

Investors are still very careful as AI-related fears are the main issue plus the geopolitical tensions that arose after Ukraine and European allies supposedly rejected some crucial parts of a U. S.-Russian peace proposal.

Bitcoin traded near $82,000 on Friday, continuing its slide from record highs earlier this year. This marks its worst month since the 2022 crypto collapse.

The S&P 500 is on track for its weakest November since 2008, with the Nasdaq down over 3% for the week, and the Dow facing a drop of more than 3%. Even Nvidia’s strong earnings report failed to fully ease investor fears about the AI sector.

Thursday’s long-awaited September jobs report added to market uncertainty, showing hiring above expectations but an unemployment rate at its highest in nearly four years. The report did little to clarify the Federal Reserve’s next move, keeping rate-hike and hold bets in flux ahead of December’s policy decision.

Investors will also watch the University of Michigan’s final November consumer sentiment reading and statements from several Fed officials for insight into future monetary policy.
