Vodafone Idea Q2 Results Preview
It is the revenue of the telecommunications giant Vodafone Idea, which is forecasted to be the next quarter of losses albeit with a narrower margin than before. As per brokerage JM Financial, the company is predicted to show a net loss of ₹6,823.5 crore for the September quarter, less than last year’s October quarter loss of ₹7,175.9 crore and the first quarter of FY26 loss of ₹6,608.1 crore.
The revenue is estimated to grow by 1.7% compared to the same period last year, reaching ₹11,115 crore. This is mainly due to the gradual rise in ARPU (Average Revenue Per User). Revenue for the quarter is expected to slightly increase by 0.8% compared to the previous quarter’s ₹11,022.5 crore.
ONGC Q2 Results Outlook
Energy giant ONGC may witness a modest 2% decline in EBITDA (quarter-on-quarter) due to higher operational expenses, according to JM Financial. However, the brokerage expects higher crude and gas realisations to offset part of the cost pressure. JM Financial has maintained its ‘Buy’ rating on ONGC with a revised target price of ₹285 per share.
