Infosys, Wipro, Nestle India, Jio Financial Services, Eternal, LTIMindtree, Waaree Energies, and Metro Brands are some of the major companies whose September quarter earnings will be announced.
During the current week, more than 200 companies are going to present their financial results, which will reflect the growth of Indian companies to some extent, even if the global economic situation is unstable.
On Wednesday, Axis Bank reported a 26% decline in net profit to ₹5,090 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to ₹6,918 crore a year ago. The drop was largely attributed to higher provisions for bad loans.
According to a report by Elara Capital, the second quarter is expected to mark the start of an earnings upcycle, with an estimated 12.5% YoY rise in PAT across sectors such as cement, real estate, metals, energy, and discretionary. The brokerage noted that margin expansion, easing input costs, and potential monetary policy support could drive multi-quarter growth.
