Block deal
As per reports, South Asia Growth Fund II Holdings was about to sell 25 million equity shares via a block deal, which equals to 5.5% of the paid-up equity. The floor price for the sale was estimated at ₹1,051.50 apiece.
Premier Energies made its debut on the stock exchanges on September 3, 2024. The shares were listed at a premium of 120.22% at ₹991 per share on the BSE. On NSE, Premier Energies shares opened at ₹990, reflecting a premium of 120%.
