ITC to Announce Q4FY25 Results Today: Earnings, Dividend Plans, and More

ITC Ltd will post its March quarter earrings (Q4FY25) today and is also looking forward to distributing dividend for FY25.

As of now, the diversified FMCG and cigarette giant has given a dividend of ₹6.50 per share.

Expectation: Earnings and dividends

As per AceEquity data quoted in a Business Today report, ITC gave a dividend of ₹13.75 per share in FY24, totalling ₹7,799.45 crore. In FY23, it distributed a dividend of ₹15.50 per share (₹7,448.41 crore), and in FY22, the payout stood at ₹11.50 per share (₹6,469.48 crore).

Investors are keeping a close watch on ITC’s quarterly earnings (Q4FY25). Analysts expect weak numbers as cigarette volumes are set to grow 3-6% YoY.

Though earnings in the cigarette business are set to remain stable, non-cigarette FMCG and Paper and Packaging divisions may face challenges.

FMCG goods, including packaged foods, personal care and other consumer products, are likely to face margin pressure amid high input costs and rising competition.

According to Sharekhan, ITC is set to post a net profit of ₹4,944 crore in March quarter, down from ₹5,022 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue may rise 3% YoY to ₹17,078 crore.
