Bajaj Finance surprised investors with a slew of shareholder rewards alongside its March quarter earnings for FY25. The non-banking finance giant announced a cumulative ₹56 dividend per share, a 4:1 bonus share issue, and a 1:2 stock split—delivering a triple treat to its stakeholders.
Dividend Breakdown
Bajaj Finance declared a total dividend of ₹56 per equity share (face value ₹2), including:
Final Dividend: ₹44 per share (2200%), payable around July 28, 2025 (record date: May 30, 2025).
Special Interim Dividend: ₹12 per share (600%), linked to the IPO of Bajaj Housing Finance, payable around May 26, 2025 (record date: May 9, 2025).
Bonus Shares and Stock Split
To further reward investors:
Bonus Issue: Shareholders will receive 4 bonus shares for every 1 share held (4:1 ratio).
Stock Split: Each share of ₹2 will be split into two shares of ₹1 each (1:2 split).
These corporate actions aim to improve liquidity and broaden the investor base.

Net Profit: ₹3,940 crore, up 16% YoY from ₹3,402 crore.
Net Interest Income (NII): ₹8,910 crore, up 21% YoY.

Provisioning coverage: 53% on Stage 3 assets
Assets Under Management (AUM): ₹3.08 lakh crore, up 26% YoY.
