Bajaj Consumer Net Profit up 13% YoY, Coforge Announces ₹19 Dividend

Several companies including Zee Media Corporation, Mahindra & Mahindra, Computer Age Management Services, Coforge, DCM Shriram, Prataap Snacks, Unicommerce Esolutions, Indian Hotels Company, and Jammu & Kashmir Bank will be reporting their Q4 earnings on today, May 5.

Additionally, companies like Amalgamated Electricity Company, Ascensive Educare, Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company, CCL Products (India), Capri Global Capital, Cigniti Technologies, Davangere Sugar Company, DMCC Speciality Chemicals, Entertainment Network (India), Epigral, Ethos, Gamco, GHCL Textiles, Gujarat Poly Electronics, Hind Rectifiers, Invigorated Business Consulting, Kalyani Steels, Magellanic Cloud, Narendra Properties, Nila Spaces, Nureca, Onesource Specialty Pharma, Vinyl Chemicals (India) and Vippy Spinpro are also set to report their Q4 earnings.

Coforge reported a net profit of ₹261.2 cr in Q4FY25, up 21.2% QoQ. Revenue from operations went up by 4.7% at ₹3,409.9 cr in Q4FY24, compared to ₹3258.1 cr in Q3FY25. EBIT went up by 15.5% QoQ at ₹449.4 cr. For FY25, the company’s board has declared an interim dividend of ₹19 per share. The record date to determine eligible shareholders is May 12, 2025.

Meanwhile, Bajaj Consumer reported a net profit of ₹31 crore in Q4FY25, down 13% YoY. Revenue from operations were up by 4.4% YoY at ₹250.5 cr in Q4FY25.
