Ram Mohan Rao takes charge as Sebi’s ED
Visakhapatnam: In order to cater to the needs of securities market investors in Andhra Pradesh, Sebi along with stock exchanges NSE and BSE, has established an Investor Service Centre here.
SV Murali Dhar Rao, Executive Director, Sebi, inaugurated the Investors Service Centre here on Thursday in the presence of Ankit Sharma, chief regulatory officer, Listing & Investor Compliance of NSE, and Santosh Mohandas, regional regulatory head (South) of NSE, and other officials from Sebi and NSE. NSE manages the centre.
The Investor Service Centre will facilitate resolution of complaints of investors against listed corporate entities and other registered intermediaries in the securities market and will also facilitate conducting of investor awareness programs in the State.
