Coal India profit rises 12% to `9,604 cr

New Delhi: State-owned Coal India Ltd on Wednesday reported a 12 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 9,604.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 on the back of higher income. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 8,572.14 crore in the year-ago period, Coal India Ltd (CIL) said in a filing to BSE.

PNB profit surges 52% to `4,567 cr

New Delhi: State-owned Punjab National Bank (PNB) on Wednesday reported 52 per cent rise in net profit at Rs4,567 crore for March quarter FY25. The lender had earned a net profit of Rs3,010 crore in the year-ago period. During the quarter, the bank's total income increased to Rs36,705 crore from Rs32,361 crore a year ago, PNB said in a regulatory filing.

MRF profit rises 29% to `512 cr

New Delhi: Tyre maker MRF Ltd on Wednesday reported 29.28 per cent increase in consolidated net profit from continuing operations at Rs512.11 crore for March quarter FY25, riding on higher sales. The company had earned a net profit from continuing operations of Rs396.11 crore in the year-ago period, MRF said in a regulatory filing.

HUDCO profit rises 4% to `728 cr

New Delhi: State-owned Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) on Wednesday reported 4 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs727.74 crore for March quarter FY25 on higher income. Its net profit stood at Rs700.16 crore in the year-ago period.

Servotech profit doubles to `7.71 cr

New Delhi: Servotech Renewable Power System has posted a two-fold rise in net profit to Rs7.71 crore in the March quarter, driven by higher revenues. It had reported Rs3.45 crore net profit in the January-March period of the preceding 2023-24 financial year, the company said in a filing on Wednesday. The company's revenues increased 8 per cent to Rs147.46 crore in the fourth quarter from Rs136.65 crore in the same period last fiscal.
