Awfis posts Rs 15 cr net profit

New Delhi: Co-working firm Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs15.17 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal on higher income.The company had posted a net loss of Rs6.28 crore in the year-ago period. Total income in-creased to Rs331.46 crore in the October-December period of this fiscal from Rs225.77 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on February 11. “Since March 2024, we added around 27,000 seats and 33 centres to reach 1,20,000 seats and 193 operational centers.

Marathon Nextgen achieves 33% PAT

MUMBAI: Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd, one of Mumbai’s leading real estate development companies announced its financial results for the Third Quarter (Q3 FY25) ended December 31st, 2024. The company announced a record 33 per cent PAT Margin in Q3FY25. registered a record 9 month PAT of 136 cr. The company has ongoing commercial and residential projects spread across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in locations like Lower Parel, Byculla, Bhandup, Mulund, and Panvel.

Venus Pipes & Tubes profit drops

New Delhi: Stainless steel pipes and tubes manufacturers and exporters Venus Pipes & Tubes on Friday reported a 22 per cent fall in net profit to Rs18 crore for the December quarter of 2024-25 compared to Rs23.27 crore in the year-ago period. However, the company increased total income by 11.7 per cent in the third quarter to Rs231.3 crore from Rs207.1 crore in the same period last year. “Strong export demand continued during the quarter, with exports rising by 153 per cent YoY. Growth was driven by robust demand from the US and Middle East & Africa market for welded pipes and tubes, while European demand continued to remain strong,” the company said in a statement. Exports accounted for 38.5 per cent of revenue during the quarter. “Domestically, sales remain impacted by sluggish private and government sector capex,” Arun Kothari, Manag-ing Director, Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd said.

Zuari Industries posts Rs 25 cr loss

New Delhi: Zuari Industries Ltd has posted a consolidated loss of Rs25.23 crore for December quarter of this fiscal year on higher expenses. The company had logged a profit of Rs729.08 crore in the year-ago period because of exceptional gains. Total income rose to Rs274.07 crore in the quarter from Rs195.21 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.Total ex-penses shot up to Rs312.75 crore from Rs205.09 crore. Zuari Industries is into sugar, power, eth-anol and real estate businesses, among others.
