Nihar Info Global sets up 3 subsidiaries

Hyderabad: City-based leading e-commerce company, Nihar Info Global Ltd (NIGL) on Thursday announced that it has set for major expansion by incorporating three new subsidiaries. Nihar Mining Private Limited has been incorporated on December 14, 2021. It will carry out the mineral mining business. The company has recently collaborated and entered into an agreement with another mining company thereby acquiring 45 per cent stake in the mining company. The other mining company has got the allotment of quarry lease for barytes and dolomite to an extent of eight hectares in YSR Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh for a period of 20 years.

Nihar Renewable Energy Private Limited has been incorporated December 17, 2021. It will carry out business of manufacturing, trading, import, export, installation, and operation of solar systems for energy generation including solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, solar chimney and any other Solar based devices used in households, industry and commercial establishments.

Life 108 Healthcare Private Limited has been incorporated on December 22, 2021. It will carry on the business of selling of products online and offline such as health and dietary supplements, ayurvedic products, generic medicines, all kinds of pharmaceuticals and drugs, organic foods, healthcare devices, sports equipment and fitness products among others.
