New ED at Indian Bank takes charge
Former Chief General Manager of Punjab National Bank (Mumbai Zone), Ashwani Kumar on Tuesday, took charge as Executive Director (ED) of Indian Bank.

Hyderabad: Former Chief General Manager of Punjab National Bank (Mumbai Zone), Ashwani Kumar on Tuesday, took charge as Executive Director (ED) of Indian Bank. Kumar is a Chartered Accountant, Postgraduate in Commerce and a certified member of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has rich banking experience of morethan two decades.
Kumar rose through ranks serving various offices of four Public Sector Banks like Bankof Baroda, Corporation Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce and Punjab National Bank. Hisexperience includes working in Wholesale Banking division and serving as Head of severalbranches (including Industrial Finance Branches, Mid Corporate Branches and LargeCorporate Branches. He also worked as the CFO.
