Hyderabad: Mitsogo, a leading provider of unified endpoint management and security solutions, is planning to make Chennai a key hub. Owing to the vast talent pool availability, it has announced new office at Chennai. This will be their second office in India, with the first in Kochi, Kerala, where they already have over 250 employees, of which a major part is for product development. The company also has offices in Australia and Germany.

The company would hire fresh talent from 250 colleges from across India, which includes institutions like NITs and IITs. This major recruitment drive is aimed at reaching out to more than 25,000 students, across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh through an online testing platform. It has completely revamped the salary packages, with fresher packages for the software analyst role starting at Rs9.5 lakhs per annum and the packages for other roles range between Rs6 lakhs per annum and Rs7.5 lakhs per annum.

Mitsogo's CEO, Apu Pavithran said: "We've seen tremendous growth in the past few years. With India being a powerhouse of talent, we are happy to invest further in homegrown resources. The key to our success is having hand-picked the right resources here with us, people who consider Mitsogo as one family." He further added, "our aim is to help people grow, using their potential to the fullest. We strongly believe that when employees grow, the company grows as well."
