Justdial set to digitise MSMEs in TS

Hyderabad: Local search engine, Justdial on Tuesday announced that it has entered an agreement with the Industries and Commerce (I&C) department of the government of Telangana, to digitise MSMEs in the State. The MSMEs spread across Tier 1, 2 cities such as Hyderabad, Suryapet, Adilabad, Nizamabad, and others will also get access to other related platforms of Justdial.

As part of the MoU, businesses registered with I&C department of the government will be listed on Justdial. Eligible manufacturers, producers, traders, and suppliers dealing in bulk or B2B dealings can also be listed on JD Mart, Justdial's dedicated B2B platform.

"With businesses moving online, it has become imperative for MSMEs to adopt a digital-first strategy that would help them to increase reach and build scale. We are delighted to partner with the government of Telangana in helping MSMEs build digital infrastructure and improve their digital footprints," VSS Mani, MD and CEO, Justdial said.

Besides JD Mart, Justdial will also provide these MSMEs with access to its other offerings like JD Xperts, a platform for on-demand home services and JD Pay.
