Isha Ambani, Anand Piramal blessed with twins

Mumbai: Isha Ambani, Anand Piramal have been blessed with twins.The couple was blessed with a baby girl named Aadiya and a baby boy named Krishna.

A joint statement issued by Nita & Mukesh Ambani, Swati & Ajay Piramal, Piramal, said: "We are delighted to share that our children Isha and Anand have beenblessed by the Almighty with twins on 19th November 2022. Isha and the babies, baby girl Aadiya and baby boy Krishna are doing well." We seek your blessings and good wishes for Aadiya, Krishna, Isha and Anand in this most important phase of their life, the statement goeson.Both the infant siblings are doing well, said the two elated families, rejoicing over the happy development.

Isha got married to Piramal Group's Ajay and Swati Piramal's son Anandon 12 December 2018. Both have been long-time childhood friends who fell in love with each other. Both the families too share a strong bond.

Anand Piramal holds a bachelor's degree in economics from theUniversity of Pennsylvania. He also has a master's in business administration degree from Harvard Business School. Both Isha and Anand are Ivy League pass outs. While Isha graduated from Stanford University, Anand went to Harvard for doing his MBA.

Anand is the founder of Piramal Realty, one of India's most admiredreal estate firms. Prior to Piramal Realty, Anand had founded Piramal Swasthya, a rural healthcare initiative that treats as many as 40,000 patients every day.
