Hyderabad: IPE Global and AISECT have entered into a collaboration with Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL) to help underemployed or unemployed women launch their career in cloud computing technology in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The AWS re/Start program is a 12-week, in-person, skills-based training program that covers fundamental AWS Cloud skills as well as practical career skills, such as interviewing and resume writing, to help prepare individuals for an entry-level cloud position. The program will provide training and employment opportunities to women from economically weaker backgrounds in Rajasthan. The cohorts, which will be taught by AISECT instructors, will start in the first week of April.

This program will be offered at no cost to the learners, and previous technology experience is not required to apply. Through scenario-based exercises, hands-on labs, and coursework, students will learn to build programming language (Linux and Python), networking, security and relational database skills etc. Ultimately, the program will prepare participants for an entry-level cloud role in the areas such as operations, site reliability, and infrastructure support.
