Gold futures rise on global cues, rising concerns of Covid-19 'Delta' variant

The gold rates have surged in all major cities across the country on Monday. On MCX, the gold rate is at Rs. 48,170 with Rs. 10 hike. The yellow metal prices differ depending on the cities and have remained choppy in the last week. Gold rate in Bangalore city for the ten grams of 22-carat remained at Rs. 44,160 with a hike of Rs. 10 and that of 24-carat gold is at Rs. 48,170 with a hike of Rs. 10.
