Bajaj Finserv Ltd (BFL) has reported strong earnings for the fourth quarter ending March 2025, posting a 14% rise in consolidated net profit to ₹2,417 crore, up from ₹2,119 crore in the same period last year.

The company also saw a growth in total income, which increased to ₹35,596 crore, compared to ₹32,042 crore in Q4 of the previous fiscal.

In a major announcement, the board recommended a 100% dividend—Re 1 per share on the face value of Re 1. This dividend proposal will be placed before shareholders for approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Full-Year Performance

For the entire financial year 2024-25, Bajaj Finserv posted a 9% increase in annual profit, reaching ₹8,872 crore, up from ₹8,148 crore in FY24.

Annual consolidated income also jumped, rising to ₹1,33,822 crore from ₹1,10,383 crore the year before.
