Brent crude trading at $85.67/bbl

Crude oil futures declined 0.77 per cent to Rs6,963 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On MCX, crude oil for October delivery fell Rs54 or 0.77 per cent to Rs6,963 per barrel with a business volume of 10,121 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil was trading 0.34 per cent lower at $83.21 per barrel, while Brent crude fell 0.17 per cent to $85.67 per barrel in New York.
