Big Bull earns Rs 1540 cr in 3 months from Titan stock

Hyderabad The Big Bull, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, has remained committed towards this Tata group share, namely the Titan Company. He remained invested in the scrip even during the Covid times. This has paid dividends to the Big Bull aka Warren Buffet of India. In last 3 months, Titan share price has zoomed from Rs 2161.85 on September 30, 2021 to Rs 2517.55 on December 31, 2021, adding about Rs 1540 crore to his net worth during this period.

Rakesh Jhunjhunwala holds 3,37,60,395 shares or 3.80 per cent stake in the company whereas his wife Rekha Jhunjhunwala holds 95,40,575 shares or 1.07 per cent stake in the company. So, Jhunjhunwalas together hold 4.87 per cent stake or 4,33,00,970 Titan Company shares.

As Big Bull and his wife together hold more than 4 crore shares of the Titan Company and the stock has shot up Rs 355.70 per share, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala's income from this stock in the last three months is around Rs1540 crore ( Rs355.70 x 43300970).

Titan share upswing is expected to continue in short-term and investors can buy and hold the shares at the current levels, according to stock market experts.
