Value fashion retailer Baazar Style Retail Limited has announced the opening of a new Style Baazar store at Avani Mall, strengthening its retail footprint in eastern India.

The company confirmed the development in a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

With the addition of the Avani Mall outlet, the retailer’s total store count has increased to 262 across India as of March 8, 2026.

Expansion strategy

The new store forms part of Baazar Style Retail’s ongoing strategy to expand its brick-and-mortar network in key consumer markets. The company aims to strengthen its reach in regions with growing demand for affordable fashion and lifestyle products.

Avani Mall, located in West Bengal’s Howrah district, is a major retail and entertainment hub, attracting shoppers from Kolkata and nearby areas. The location is expected to help the brand tap into a large and diverse customer base.
