APSECM gets top honours in energy conservation

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh State Energy Conservation Mission (APSECM), the special designation authority of AP, has yet again proved its mettle at the national level by winning the first prize in the National Energy Conservation Awards presented to the SDAs surpassing States like Bihar, Jharkhand, New Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Punjab.

With the national award, the APSECM has now bagged a total of five national energy conservation awards in the last few years adding another feather to its magnificent cap. Notably, AP was not only chosen as the best performer in group II but also finished second overall at the national level among all States spread in four groups.
