LIC Housing Finance Q4 FY25 Results: Net profit jumps 25.4%: ₹10 dividend announced

LIC Housing Finance Ltd. posted a strong financial performance in the fourth quarter of FY25, with net profit rising by 25.4% year-on-year to ₹1,368 crore, up from ₹1,091 crore in the same period last year. The company also saw a rise in total income during the quarter, according to its stock exchange filing on Thursday.

Despite the growth in profit, the company’s net interest income (NII) declined 3.2% on a year-on-year basis.

The board has proposed a dividend of ₹10 per equity share (face value ₹2 each). If approved by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days.
