India’s primary market is gearing up for one of the busiest weeks of the year, with 13 new IPOs—spanning both mainboard and SME segments—set to open for subscription.

Expert View

According to market expert Prasenjit Paul, SEBI-registered equity analyst and founder of Paul Asset, India has raised approximately ₹85,000 crore through IPOs in 2025, making it the fourth-largest IPO fundraising market globally, despite macroeconomic volatility.

He added that 118 companies filed DRHPs in H1 2025, more than double the filings during the same period last year, indicating a robust pipeline awaiting favourable market conditions.
