On the final day of bidding, the Sudeep Pharma IPO continues to witness strong investor interest, with the issue receiving 6.08 times subscription as of Tuesday morning. The Vadodara-based company’s IPO, valued at ₹895 crore, will close today.
According to exchange data, the IPO received bids for 6,42,87,275 shares against 1,05,64,926 shares available. The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category led with 15.22 times subscription, while the Retail Individual Investors (RII) portion was subscribed 5.57 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment saw a 14% subscription.
Ahead of the IPO opening, the company raised ₹268.5 crore from anchor investors.
Grey Market Premium (GMP) Update
As per market tracker Investorgain, Sudeep Pharma’s IPO GMP stands at ₹86 on the last day of bidding. Based on the upper price band of ₹593, the estimated listing price is likely around ₹679, indicating a potential listing gain of approximately 14.50% for investors—though GMP is unofficial and subject to market conditions.
IPO Structure and Listing Details
The public issue consists of:
Fresh issue: ₹95 crore
Offer for sale (OFS): Nearly 1.35 crore equity shares worth ₹800 crore
Sudeep Pharma shares are expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE.
Allotment and Use of Funds
The share allotment is expected to be finalised on November 26, 2025.
From the fresh issue proceeds, ₹75.81 crore will be allocated toward capital expenditure, including machinery purchases for its Gujarat-based Nandesari Facility 1. The remaining amount will be utilized for general corporate purposes.
