Gold prices in Hyderabad increased on Tuesday, registering gains across all purity levels. The rate for 24 karat gold reached Rs 10,129 per gram, which is Rs 114 more than the previous day. The price for 22 karat gold rose by Rs 105, now standing at Rs 9,285 per gram. The 18 karat variety moved up by Rs 86, making its current value Rs 7,597 per gram.
These shifts reflect global influences such as fluctuations in international gold prices, variations in interest rates, central bank reserve activity, and inflation indicators. Local demand patterns and trading volumes also contribute to these changes.
For those purchasing in larger quantities, the rates have similarly risen. Eight grams of 24 karat gold are priced at Rs 81,032, while ten grams cost Rs 1,01,290. A 100-gram purchase of the same purity would cost Rs 10,12,900. The price for 22 karat gold is Rs 74,280 for eight grams, Rs 92,850 for ten grams, and Rs 9,28,500 for 100 grams. For 18 karat gold, eight grams are priced at Rs 60,776, ten grams at Rs 75,970, and 100 grams at Rs 7,59,700.
Recent gold price data for the past ten days shows a consistent upward trend with minor fluctuations. On July 22, 24 karat gold was priced at Rs 10,129 and 22 karat at Rs 9,285. On July 21, 24 karat stood at Rs 10,015 and 22 karat at Rs 9,180. On July 20, both remained unchanged at Rs 10,004 and Rs 9,170, respectively. July 19 recorded an increase, with 24 karat at Rs 10,004 and 22 karat at Rs 9,170.
On July 18, the rates were Rs 9,938 for 24 karat and Rs 9,110 for 22 karat. On July 17, they stood at Rs 9,933 and Rs 9,105. July 16 saw a drop with 24 karat at Rs 9,928 and 22 karat at Rs 9,100. On July 15, prices were Rs 9,977 and Rs 9,145. On July 14, rates slightly increased to Rs 9,988 and Rs 9,155. On July 13, no change was observed with rates at Rs 9,971 for 24 karat and Rs 9,140 for 22 karat.
