VNRVJIET signs MoU with Pidilite’s Dr FixIt Institute

City-based VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (VNRVJIET) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr FixIt Institute(DFI) from the house of Pidilite group. Dr FixIt Institute shall establish a Training Centre for Structural Rehabilitation & Protection (DFI-SPR) at VNRVJIET as a part of the MoU.

VNRVJIET welcomed DFI’s Mehul Kirit Parikh, President, Tirtha Pratim Benarjee, Head Training, Goutam Sur, Regional Training Manager, and Seema P Samshette, Manager Training, to the campus for this occasion, while the MoU was initiated by Prof K Ramujee, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering at VNRVJIET.

Speaking at this occasion, Mehul Parikh, said that DFI shall build a mini training and experience centre at VNRVJIET. He explained Pidilite’s journey and milestones of success in India and outlined the activities of Pidilite’s Waterproofing Division, Dr FixIt Institute, adding that the DFI-SPRis a not-for-profit organisation set up to propagate the message of “Healthy Construction.”
