Jitendra Goyal, Director–Channel Sales, TRG Group, brings with him over a decade of extensive experience in the real estate sector. He has played a pivotal role in strengthening TRG’s footprint in both commercial and residential real estate, especially within the Noida market.

With a sharp focus on strategic planning and operational excellence, Goyal has consistently driven the compa-ny’s growth. He told Bizz Buzz in an exclusive interview that after their success in NCR they are planning to explore huge potential for real estate growth in Hyderabad due to availability of an excellent ecosystem.

Founders of TRG Group, Pawan Sharma and Shorabh Upadhyay, are dy-namic entrepreneurs who have redefined the real estate landscape in NCR through their shared vision of trust, transparency, and timely delivery.

With close to a decade of experience in the in-dustry, the duo launched the brand in 2015 with a mission to bridge the gap between customer expectations and developer commitments. Their complementary leadership styles and unwavering dedication have positioned TRG Group as a trusted name in real estate advisory and marketing, known for its customer-centric approach and project execution excellence.

TRG Group's redefined identity is a pivotal moment in its journey—that balances its heritage of trust and excellence with a future driven by innovation, sustainability, and human-centered de-sign.

“We are approaching an era where real estate is not merely about buildings but about craft-ing experiences, communities, and lifestyles.

With game-changing projects like TRG The Mall, we are raising the bar in experiential retail and urban living integration—spaces that merge tech-nology, sustainability, and community."

TRG Group has recently undergone a redefined exercise. What was the vision be-hind this move, and how does the refreshed identity reflect TRG’s next phase of growth and innovation?

Positioning TRG Group for the future is a deliberate step toward aligning our identity with the next era of real estate, fueled by innovation, global growth, and AI-driven solu-tions. It signifies our focus on innovation, sustainability, and pure city development.

It signifies a cultural move towards the creation of lifestyle-driven spaces that redefine living, working, and connecting. In our transition to a new age of growth, our new brand identity positions TRG as a forward-thinking developer committed to cultivating experience over building and designing people-driven places that build enduring val-ue for everyone.

The Rs 400 crore TRG The Mall is set to become a landmark development. How will this project differentiate itself in terms of design, experience, and retail strate-gy, particularly in a highly competitive market like Delhi-NCR?

The Rs400 crore TRG The Mall shall be a destination flagship development that revolu-tionises the Delhi-NCR shopping experience. It shall feature large daylight-infused spaces and cutting-edge design thinking.

Strategically positioned, the mall will have a carefully curated tenant mix of upscale international brands, local heroes, and new re-tail concepts. Our aim is to develop an experiential lifestyle community with a synergis-tic blend of upscale dining, entertainment, and recreational amenities.

Amidst a competitive retail landscape, TRG The Mall will be differentiated in function-ality and experience space and a landmark-valued destination for customers and re-tailers alike.

Hyderabad is fast emerging as a real estate hotspot alongside Delhi-NCR. How is TRG Group leveraging opportunities in Hyderabad’s booming commercial and residential segments, and what synergies do you see between the two regions?

Hyderabad's rise as a real estate giant is providing TRG Group with strategic opportuni-ties for expansion. As we nailed our success in Delhi-NCR, we are now launching Hy-derabad with developments that reflect our strength in commercial, residential, and mixed-use spaces.

Hyderabad's strong infrastructure, IT-savvy talent pool, and urban development ambition align with our development mantra.

We believe there are huge synergies between Hyderabad and NCR, especially in our capacity to deliver value-driven lifestyle spaces for today's urban professionals and achieve sustainable returns for partners and investors. From high-street retail to large-format malls, the retail land-scape is rapidly evolving.

How is TRG Group positioning the new mall project to cater to shifting consumer preferences and the rise of experiential retail?

The retail landscape is changing with a revolution fueled by experience, convenience, and technology. TRG The Mall is envisioned to capture this change, infusing the vi-brancy of high-street shopping with the comfort and security of mall life.

With experi-ence zones, host events, and omnichannel retail enablement, we are creating a space where individuals meet, discover, and get activated.

Our strategy addresses changing consumer aspirations by way of experience-driven retailing and live F&B and enter-tainment offerings, rendering TRG The Mall relevant in an increasingly burgeoning experience economy.

With urban consumers demanding more integrated spaces, how is TRG blending sustainability, smart technology, and community-focused design across projects like the TRG The Mall?

Technology and sustainability are core pillars of our development strategy at TRG Group. TRG The Mall is being built with green building materials, energy-efficient sys-tems, and smart infrastructure to reduce environmental impact and enhance opera-tional efficiency. Beyond environmental sustainability, we’re designing spaces that foster social interaction, open-air plazas, community spaces, and cultural zones that invite engagement.

These attributes, matched with digital innovations for convenience and security, express our intention to develop inclusive, future-proof destinations that strike the right lifestyle, community, and sustainability balance.

TRG Group has built its reputation on trust, transparency, and timely delivery. How will these core values be reflected in the execution and customer experience of the upcoming TRG The Mall?

Trust, openness, and timely delivery are cornerstones of TRG Group's legacy. These values make their way into all our processes, be it planning and compliance through to delivery and handover in TRG The Mall.

We are implementing strong project manage-ment systems and following the best quality and regulatory practices to ensure smooth delivery.

Moreover, our customer-first strategy ensures open communication, quick re-sponse, and an efficient journey from investment to possession. By maintaining our core values, we're not merely constructing infrastructure, but we're strengthening rela-tionships with investors, buyers, and the community.

Hyderabad’s real estate growth is being driven by IT corridors, global companies, and improved infrastructure. How does TRG Group plan to participate in this growth story, and what lessons from NCR are you applying to Hyderabad?

Hyderabad's growth is fueled by foreign investment, a robust IT ecosystem, and metro-like infrastructure. TRG Group is looking to contribute by developing high-end com-mercial hubs, integrated shopping formats, and mixed-use townships that cater to the evolving urban needs of the city.

Drawing from our experience in NCR, we’re applying proven strategies in execution, scale, and sustainability, tailored to Hyderabad’s unique market dynamics. Our goal is to support the city's next wave of development by offering future-ready spaces that blend functionality, connectivity, and community.

Rebranding often signals a larger vision. Beyond the visual identity, what cultural or operational changes are you introducing at TRG Group to strengthen your rela-tionship with homebuyers and investors?

We are reinforcing our strategic transformation with long-term investments in cultural and operational excellence across TRG Group. Inside, we're embracing an agile, digi-tally-first culture that enables teams and speeds decision-making.

Operationally, we are promoting increased customer involvement through the introduction of better CRM systems, open communication, and personalized service. These moves not only help us in aligning with changing market expectations but also help to build investors' and consumers' confidence.

This transformation is in line with our vision of transforming from a conventional real estate player to a customer-centric, innovation-focused organ-ization.

With India’s real estate market witnessing strong investor interest, how is TRG Group balancing risk and opportunity in large-scale developments like the TRG The Mall while exploring new geographies?

While India's realty market is growing at breakneck speed, TRG Group is having its strategic growth walk hand in hand with judicious risk management.

Our strategy is careful location selection, staged development, and financial conservatism, especially for costly projects such as TRG The Mall. We avoid risk by aligning projects to real mar-ket demand and including future-proofing in design.

At the same time, our new urban expansion into markets such as Hyderabad is rooted in long-term vision and local in-sight, giving us durability in the context of the market cycles because we deliver ongo-ing value to stakeholders.

Looking ahead, what role do you see TRG Group playing in shaping India’s next generation of urban hubs—whether in NCR, Hyderabad, or beyond?

In the times to come, the TRG Group shall be a game-changing force in creating India's next-generation urban complexes.

We are committed to creating well-balanced ecosys-tems that integrate retail, home, entertainment, and community space in a combined manner.

Innovation, sustainability, and creating projects that enrich city life and foster inclusive growth will be our drive. In NCR, Hyderabad, or cities of the future, we will establish new standards in reality in the form of cutting-edge, cohesive communities where humanity can reside and thrive.
