WWE’s biggest summer spectacle is back — and this time, it’s double the action. SummerSlam 2025 is set to make history with a two-night showdown at the iconic MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on August 2 and 3. This marks the first time SummerSlam will adopt a two-day format, mirroring WrestleMania’s recent trend.
Top WWE superstars including John Cena, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, and Roman Reigns headline the stacked match card across both nights. This will be the fourth time East Rutherford has hosted SummerSlam, following previous editions in 1989, 1997, and 2007.

This year marks a major shift in WWE’s global broadcasting model. For the first time ever, SummerSlam will stream live on Netflix in most international regions, following WWE Network's integration with the platform in early 2025.
