Tiffany Stratton Confronts Jade Cargill in a Heated Opening
The night started with Tiffany Stratton marching to the ring before her music was played, demanding revenge from Jade Cargill for the ambush last week. The General Manager Nick Aldis stepped in, reminding her she would have her chance at Saturday Night’s Main Event. The verbal exchange quickly became heated as Toni Storm arrived to deride Stratton, setting off pandemonium until security rushed to separate the women.
Ilja Dragunov vs. Nathan Frazer – U. S. Title Open Challenge
Ilja Dragunov made an open challenge for his U. S. Championship which Nathan Frazer instantly accepted, although Tommaso Ciampa tried to take the opportunity. Dragunov clarified his desire to face only Frazer, resulting in one of the top matches of the night. Both wrestlers brought forth a great deal of intensity and athleticism that led the audience to chant “This is Awesome!”
During the last moments Dragunov was able to put his signature H-Bomb to use and keep his title. As Frazer was leaving the ring, Ciampa attacked him from behind, sending the loud and clear message that he is still after the title.

Rhodes rebutted saying that in case he gets disqualified or counted out, he’ll lose his title, an invitation to McIntyre who agreed.
