Launched in partnership with The Athletic, Connections Sports Edition is a daily word game where players sort 16 words into four categories, each with a shared theme. From team nicknames to athlete first names, the categories range from obvious to obscure.
You get up to four mistakes per game, and the categories are color-coded by difficulty:

Blue – Hard
Purple – Most difficult
