with her little daughter Dua. The Bollywood actress is now all set and ready to make a

comeback. According to the sources, Spirit is expected to be released later this year. Deepika

Padukone will team-up again with her Kalki 2989 AD co-star Prabhas. The film is promoted as

an action - packed thriller.

India today reported that Deepika will be receiving a huge amount for Spirit. While the exact

amount has not been officially confirmed, reports speculate that Deepika Padukone will be paid

around Rs 20 crore for her role, making it one of the highest paychecks received by a female

actress in the industry. Meanwhile, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film Spirit, starring

Prabhas, has already created significant buzz and anticipation. Arjun Reddy and Animal are few

of Sandeep’s blockbusters hence fans are speculating about how Spirit will perform. Will

Deepika and Prabhas be able to create box office juggernauts?

According to a report by Pinkvilla, Deepika Padukone initially turned down the offer due to

scheduling conflicts arising from her pregnancy. However, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga later

approached her with a revised timeline, which she accepted. A source revealed to the media

outlet that Vanga described the role as “the most well-written female part in the world of

Sandeep Reddy Vanga.” Deepika was reportedly impressed by the script and enthusiastic about

collaborating with the director for the first time.

In addition to Spirit, Deepika will also be seen with Shah Rukh Khan in King. Directed by

Sidharth Anand, King also features Suhana Khan, Arshad Warsi and Abhishek Bachchan. The

movie King is ready to be released in theaters in 2026.
