VCCI women's wing holds meet on digital transformation

Visakhapatnam: The Women's Wing of Vizagapatam Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI) organised a one-day seminar 'Ignite' with focus on digital transformation at Gateway Taj on Saturday.
During the pandemic and post-pandemic, the entire business ecosystem has undergone a drastic change and many business enterprises are struggling to transform themselves digitally.
The main objective of this seminar was to enlighten the participants in the core areas like digital marketing, cyber security, digitisation of business processes and e-commerce. A group of rural women from a remote village in Chittoor district who transformed their lives using digital platforms showcased a case study during the seminar.
Nearly 150 entrepreneurs attended the seminar to learn about digital marketing, cyber security, e-commerce and digitisation of business processes.
O Naresh Kumar, CEO, Symbiosis Technologies was the chief guest. Cyber security expert Dr Ananth Prabhu, digital marketing expert Niranjan Pagadala, young entrepreneur Kanthi Dutt and digitisation expert Bhagyasree were the speakers. Women's Wing president Hema Yadavalli, honorary secretary Sandhya Godey, conveners Preeti and Sapna Somani and other members participated.
