US Consul General visits Sri City
The US Consul General was impressed by the friendly business ambiance at Sri City and thanked its management for creating such a large, top-notch integrated business city

Hyderabad Jennifer Larson, US Consul General (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Odisha), visited Sri City on Thursday. Sri City Chairman C Srini Raju and Founder Managing Director Dr Ravindra Sannareddy extended a warm welcome. Akhil Bery, Vice Consul; Siba Prasad Tripathy, Economic Affairs Specialist and Suniel Kummar, Commercial Advisor, US Foreign Commercial Service have accompanied the US Consul General.
Briefing the guests on the infrastructure, unique features and the brisk pace of development in Sri City, Dr Ravindra said, "As its growth trajectory presents a significant opportunity for investment, India has been ranked 'best' for investment by all global agencies. It remains a consensus favourite investment destination for companies across the world, looking for investment opportunities in diverse sectors."
He mentioned that, as of now, eleven major American brands like PepsiCo, Cadburys, Colgate Palmolive, VRV-Chart Industries, Ball Corporation, Kellogg's and West Pharma have preferred Sri City to set up their production units. “I am confident the US Consul General's visit would pave way for some more American businessmen to invest in Sri City," he said.
