Vivo X200 FE debuts globally with top-tier features and sleek compact design.
Vivo has officially launched the much-anticipated X200 FE in Taiwan, and it’s generating a buzz for more than just its sleek compact design. Essentially a rebranded version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini that debuted in China on May 30, the X200 FE is expected to launch in India soon possibly between July 13 and July 20, as per recent reports.
Key Highlights:
The X200 FE brings flagship-grade features to a smaller form factor. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset built on a 4nm process and paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. Unlike the S30 Pro Mini, this model doesn’t include a 16GB RAM variant or a 256GB storage option.
The smartphone features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness suitable for outdoor use. It also boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.
Camera System:
The triple-camera setup on the back includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera labeled as a Zeiss super telephoto lens a distinction not seen on the S30 Pro Mini. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 50MP front camera, and both front and rear setups support 4K video recording at 60fps.
Battery and Charging:
A major draw is the 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, which supports 90W wired fast charging. Vivo claims the battery can handle over 25 hours of video playback or 9.5 hours of gaming on a single charge.
Software and Connectivity:
Running on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, the X200 FE also includes advanced connectivity features like Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C (2.0) port.
The device is available in Black, Yellow, Pink, and Blue, maintaining the same color palette as the Chinese S30 Pro Mini. Though the official landing page is live on Vivo Taiwan’s website, pricing and sale dates have not yet been disclosed.
India Launch Expectations:
Earlier speculation pointed to a July 10 India launch alongside the Vivo X Fold 5, but the timeline now looks more likely to fall between July 13–20. The expected price in India is around ₹50,000, positioning the phone to compete directly with rivals like the OnePlus 13R and Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.
With premium specs packed into a compact, stylish design, the Vivo X200 FE is shaping up to be a strong contender in the mid-premium smartphone segment.
