The highly anticipated iPhone 17 series has made another appearance online, this time with a new leak that shows off its entire colour scheme. The series is scheduled to launch in September. Sources quoted by Macworld claim that Apple's upcoming smartphones would provide greater visual diversity, with the Pro models receiving a sophisticated colour scheme of five shades and the base model apparently coming in six colour combinations.
Options for iPhone 17 Air Colours (Leaked) 🔹
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus have the same colour scheme, but Apple plans to differentiate the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air with unique colour options.
It is anticipated that the iPhone 17 will come in the following six colours:
- In black
- Green (2282 U Pantone)
- (Pantone 658 U) Light Blue
- Purple (530 U Pantone)
- Grey Steel (Pantone 18-4005 TPG)
- White.
Due to its lightweight design, the iPhone 17 Air could come in four different colours:
- In black
- Purple (Pantone 657 U)
- Gardenia's Pantone 11-0604 TPG is light gold.
- White.
According to reports, the 17 Air uses more pastel and lighter tones to match its "Air" name, and these colours are intended to further differentiate the two versions. According to reports, the iPhone 17 Air's Light Blue tone is reminiscent of the Sky Blue finish found on Apple's MacBook Air (M4).
Optional Colours for the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max
Rumour has it that the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max will be available in the following five colours:
- Like the iPhone 16 Pro, black
- Mood Indigo, Pantone 19-4025 TPG, Dark Blue
- Grey
- Papaya's orange (Pantone 1501243 TCX; perhaps luminous)
- Similar to the iPhone 16 Pro, white
Apple reportedly plans to employ aluminium frames for this year's Pro models instead of titanium, which could affect how these hue tones seem in real life.
Launch Date & Specifications for the iPhone 17 Series
It is anticipated that the iPhone 17 range, which includes the iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, will go on sale between September 8 and September 12, 2025. The A19 Pro processor, which would represent even further improvement in performance and efficiency, may power the Pro models, while Apple's new A19 chip is expected to power the ordinary versions.
